This document is a product of Fedir Moroz(“we”, “us”, “our”), creator of the “Bible by Heart” Application.
This document describes how and why we relate to information you provided when you use our services ("Services"), such as when you download and use our mobile application.
We collect certain personally identifiable information you provide to improve user experience, including but not limited to username and e-mail. The app does not send your information via the Internet without your permission, and until then, is stored locally.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 13 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. There are two type of data we might collect: local(on your device) and shared data(sent via Internet to our servers)
Local data you provide is stored only on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the App. The data you choose to share, such as on authorization or synchronization can be removed by your request inside the app or by contacting us at biblebyheartapp@gmail.com
